Welcome to QICA

The Queens Interagency Council on Aging (QICA) unites senior citizens, service professionals and elected officials to address the challenges of Aging in America. Founded in 1971 by social workers and health care providers dedicated to promoting the concerns of older adults in the Borough of Queens.

QICA provides monthly community programs and events, as well as yearly conferences and forums on a variety of topics and issues that affect the senior population.  We facilitate networking, social action, and arts and cultural enrichment across all legislative districts throughout the borough. Our board and membership reflect the communities of this interesting and diverse area.
